This consult lets me assess your hair via video and discuss your goals before booking a service.
Service Description
A consultation is required for clients looking to start locs, receive instant locs or extensions, repair damaged or breaking locs, or request any loc restoration services such as reattachments or combinations. Consultations are also required for all color services. This appointment allows us to meet via video chat so I can assess your hair, understand your goals, and determine the best service approach for you. Please include the reason for your consultation in the booking notes.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNADABLE. Only way you receive a refund for a deposit is if there was an inconvenience on my end that caused me to cancel or reschedule you. Reasons your appointment will be cancelled by me: - Did not consult with me prior to starting your locs, repairing your locs, extensions or color. - Did not show up to appointment (No call no show) - Deposit was not paid the moment you requested your appointment.
