DEPOSITS/ PAYMENT
A $15 deposit is required for appointment approval.
If the deposit is not submitted by the end of the day, your request will be denied and the time slot will not be held.
Please do not send a full/ partial payment prior to your appointment, just the $15 deposit and remainder the day of. The difference will be sent back to you.

Cash is preferred the day of for final payment. Card payments via the above methods are accepted, but a $3 processing fee will be added.
Deposits are applied toward your total unless you booked a consultation. Consultation deposits are non-refundable and do not go toward the service being inquired about
APPOINTMENT RULES
New appointments open on the 18th of each month for the following month.
No extra guests, including children, unless they’re receiving a service. Please arrive with proper hygiene. No marijuana or strong odors, out of respect for the shared salon space.
Add all needed add-ons when booking to ensure correct timing and pricing.
Common add-ons:
100+ locs • Longer than shoulders • Trim • Detox
No same-day appointments or after-hours bookings unless a squeeze-in is requested and discussed directly through me. Text the work number to check availability.
Same-day/extra slot: $35
Day off/outside hours: $50
CONSULTATIONS
A consultation must be booked if you're requesting to have the following services:
- EXTENSIONS
- LOC REPAIRS
- LOC REATTACHMENTS
- STARTER LOCS
- COLOR
*FOR LOC REPAIRS AND LOC EXTENSIONS, LOCS NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT IN 2 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT OR A $75 FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR SAME DAY PREPERATION. *

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS
Your $15 deposit is non-refundable
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will pay a late fee of $15. Once you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit.
Deposits are only refundable if your appointment was an inconvenience to me, which allows you the option to get a refund and or apply your deposit to another appointment in the near future for a make-up.
No call no shows will no longer be allowed to book with me.

I’m Ananda Packer, rooted in Syracuse, NY and the hands behind LocsbyNanda. Coming from a family of talented stylists, hair artistry has always been a natural part of my life. While studying Business Administration at Buffalo State University, I discovered my passion for natural hair care through styling peers and friends on campus—and from there, my skills and reputation grew.
What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a purpose. Today, I specialize in professional loc maintenance, starter locs, repairs, extensions, and natural styles.
